The article highlights the need for a gender-transformative approach to digital transformation and labor market changes in Ukraine, especially during post-war recovery. Demographic decline, displacement, and income loss have disproportionately affected women, though men also face vulnerabilities. Initiatives such as training displaced women in IT and creative industries show progress, but broader integration of gender sensitivity across higher education is essential. Key measures include gender audits, promoting women in STEM, removing stereotypes from curricula, and training educators in inclusive methods. Such steps will strengthen digital skills and ensure equal participation of women and men in building an inclusive digital future.
